(ORAL) In compliance of order dated 03.08.2022 learned counsel for the petitioners has produced copy showing transfer of `50,000/- in favour of petitioner No.1 by petitioner No.2, which is taken on record. Through this petition under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for issuance of direction to respondents No.2 and 3 to protect the life and liberty of the petitioners at the hands of respondents No.4 to 6. Pursuant to order dated 03.08.2022 Status report by way of affidavit of Dr. Arpit Jain, IPS, Superintendent of Police, Sirsa, on behalf of respondents No.1 to 3 along with statements of the petitioners and private respondents, filed in Court today is taken on record. According to the status report, both the petitioners made statements that they have no threat of any kind to their life from their families.
