Prayer in the present writ petition filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India is for issuance of directions to the official respondent Nos.1 to 4 to take action on the representation dated 14.12.2025 (Annexure P-3) of the petitioner for initiating action against the private respondent Nos.5 to 7 qua the illegal encroachment of land belonging to the Gram Panchayat. 2.

Mr. Aman Dhir, DAG Punjab, on advance notice, has put in appearance on behalf of respondent Nos.1 to 4/State, and on instructions from Mr. Sat Pal Singh, Panchayat Secretary office of BDPO Abohar, has stated that the demarcation has already been carried out and in case any encroachment is found at the spot, requisite action would be initiated. 3.
