(Oral) This application has been filed by applicant- Nancy Bhatia, seeking transfer of petition under Section 9 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955, filed by her husband, who is respondent in the present application, against her, having title 'Max Bhatia vs. Nancy' pending in the Court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Hoshiarpur, to a Court of competent jurisdiction at Amritsar. Learned counsel for the respondent states that the matter has since been compromised between the parties and a copy of written compromise has been placed on the connected file bearing TA-5562019.
