The petitioners seek issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus so as to direct respondents No.3 to 5 to enter the names of the petitioners in the register of Haryana State Pharmacy Council and to issue the requisite licenses to them.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners successfully completed their B. Pharmacy and D. Pharmacy from recognized institutes and upon completion of the same they submitted applications to the authorities concerned for entering their names in the register of Haryana State Pharmacy Council in the year 2020 vide Annexures P-2, P-3 and P-4 but no action has been take thereupon. It has further been submitted that subsequently the petitioner submitted representations dated 19.1.2023, 21.3.2023, 21.3.2023 and 28.4.2023 (Annexure P-7) but the same have not been considered and till date the petitioners have not been registered with PANKAJ KAKKAR 2023.07.03 16:42 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document

Notice of motion.

Pursuant to service of advance notice, Mr. Samarth Sagar, Additional Advocate General, Haryana has put in appearance on behalf of respondents No.1 and 2 - State of Haryana.

Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioners but without commenting anything as regards veracity of the averments made in the petition or as regards merits of the case, the instant petition is disposed off with a direction to respondents No.4 and 5 to consider the representations dated 19.1.2023, 21.3.2023, 21.3.2023 and 28.4.2023 (Annexures P-7) in accordance with law and to take appropriate decision with regard to the registration of the petitioners in the register of Haryana State Pharmacy Council expeditiously preferably within a period of 4 months from today. 6.
