Learned counsel for the appellants has confined his arguments to payment of one month's salary which according to him was never paid despite the fact that they worked for that period.

Ms. Palika Monga, DAG Haryana, who has advance copy of the petition submits that this grievance of the petitioners shall be looked into and a speaking order in this regard be passed by the competent authority in case it is found to be genuine.
