(Presence has been marked through video conference) ARUN MONGA, J. (ORAL) This is a petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C for issuance of directions to official respondents to take necessary action against respondents No.5 and 6 and protect the life and liberty of petitioner and his family members.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that petitioner purchased a plot measuring 10 marlas at Kishangarh from one Suman Lata. Pursuant thereto, requisite mutation was also got recorded in his name. On 02.08.2020, mason and labourer were erecting boundary wall on the said plot and petitioner too was also helping them, when respondents No.5 and 6 along with 10/12 persons came there and started assaulting them. Petitioner made a call on '100' number and the police reached the spot. But no action was taken by them. Respondents No.5 and 6 threatened the petitioner with dire consequences and left the spot. representation dated 05.08.2020 (Annexures P-3) to respondents. Yet no action has been taken. Hence, the petition.

The dispute, prima facie, seems to be civil in nature arising out of property in question. No ground for interference by this Court is made out.

Dismissed.

However, dismissal of this petition shall not be construed by the competent/official respondent to over look the representations dated 05.08.2020 contained at Annexures P-2 and P-3, submitted by the petitioner.
