(proceedings conducted through video conferencing) ***** GURVINDER SINGH GILL, J.(Oral) After arguing for some time, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he shall submit a representation to the authorities concerned today itself and that the authorities concerned may be directed to consider the same sympathetically keeping in view the present conditions of spread of pandemic COVID-19 so as to afford him one more chance to appear in the exam and that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition.

In view of the aforesaid submission, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to move an appropriate representation to Dean University Instructions to seek adequate relief.
