This is an application for pre-ponement of the main revision petition fixed for 23.2.2021 for reason that the matter has since been compromised between the parties vide written settlement dated 31.1.2020 (Annexure P-7). It is further contended that in terms of the settlement the parties have got their marriage dissolved by decree of divorce by mutual consent and they have agreed to withdraw the cases filed by them against each other.

The application is accepted. The main case is taken up today.
