All these writ petitions are amenable to being decided through a common verdict on account of their inhering identical grievances and common parties.

The present petitioners seek issuance of directions to respondent- SVKM's NMIMS (Deemed to be University) to permit them to appear in the examinations scheduled to commence on 04/05.05.2026 for their respective semesters of the B.B.A. LL.B. and B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) programmes, in light of their medical condition and other grounds set forth in the writ petitions.

Having regard to the fact that the petitioners secured 60% or more attendance in each subject, this Court, vide separate detailed interim orders dated 04.05.2026, permitted them to provisionally appear in the examinations.

During the course of hearing today, learned senior counsel appearing for respondent- SVKM's NMIMS (Deemed to be University)

CWP-13617-2026 and connected writ petitions submits that although, as per the applicable policy, the petitioners would be eligible to appear only in the re-appear examinations scheduled to be held in July 2026 for their respective semesters, since the petitioners have already undertaken the examinations pursuant to the interim orders of this Court, the University does not wish to contest these writ petitions provided that the examinations already taken by the petitioners are regularised and treated as the re-appear examinations scheduled for July 2026. 5.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submit that they have no objection if the examinations already undertaken by the petitioners, pursuant to the interim orders passed by this Court, are treated as the re-appear examinations scheduled for July 2026.

In view of the consensus arrived at between the parties, the instant writ petitions are disposed of with a direction that the examinations already undertaken by the petitioners, pursuant to the interim orders of this Court, shall be treated as the re-appear examinations scheduled for July 2026, and the results thereof shall be declared accordingly. 7.

Pending applications also stand disposed of accordingly. 8.

A photocopy of this order be placed on file of each connected case.
