(proceedings conducted through video conferencing) ***** Having heard the learned counsel for the applicant/petitioner, this Court does not find any ground for reviewing order dated 26.8.2020 passed in CWP-12769 of 2020. The prayer made in the review application, as such, is declined.

However, it is clarified that the last line in order dated 26.8.2020 passed in CWP-12769 of 2020 is not to be interpreted that this Court has relegated the matter to the Civil Court. It is further hoped that the order dated 26.8.2020 would be complied with in letter and spirit expeditiously.
