The limited prayer in the present petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (CrPC) is for issuance of a direction to the Court concerned to decide the application for interim maintenance under Section 125 CrPC.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would contend that the petitioner and her minor son have no means of income to maintain themselves and the application for grant of interim maintenance has been pending since August 2020.

In view of the limited prayer, the present petition is disposed off with a request to the Court concerned to expedite the hearing of the application for interim maintenance under Section 125 CrPC and decide the YOGESH SHARMA 2023.07.07 11:05 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this judgment/order.
