(Oral) Petitioner is seeking directions to the respondents to transfer him in District Rohtak or Jhajjar as per Clause 3(iv) of Inter District Transfer Policy (Appointment by Transfer) of District Cadre Teachers, as his father is a chronic patient. In this regard, he has made a detailed representation dated 05.04.2016 (Annexure P-6) to the respondent(s) but no decision has been taken thereon.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states, that at this stage, the petitioner will be satisfied, if directions are issued to respondent No.2 to decide the representation (Annexure P-6), referred to above. In view of above, without commenting on the merits of the case, this petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2, to decide the representation dated 05.04.2016 (Annexure P-6), by passing a speaking order, within a period of two months, in accordance with law.
