Consequently, the petitioner is relegated to his remedies under The Haryana Cooperative Societies Act, 1984. Besides, no connection has been shown with the respondent No.3 and respondent No.4 except that respondent No.4 takes loans from the respondent Bank to run its affairs etc. The writ petition does not lie against the respondent Primary Agriculture Cooperative Society, which receives no financial aid from the government, and government has no deep or pervasive control over its functioning.
