MEHTA (ORAL ) In pursuance of the advance copy of the petition having been supplied to the respondents, Mr.Ranvir Singh Arya, Addl.AG, Haryana, has put in appearance on behalf of all the respondents. He submits that the cancellation report in respect of the FIR in question, has already been prepared but due to the restricted functioning of the Courts in the wake of Pandemic COVID-19, the same could not be presented before the Court. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with the liberty to the petitioner to seek redressal of his grievance before the competent Court.
