This is a petition under Section 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 for initiation of proceedings against the respondent for violation of the order dated 07.02.2024 passed in CWP-2659-2024. 2.

Learned State counsel has handed over a copy of order dated 06.08.2025 passed pursuant to order dated 07.02.2024 passed in CWP-26592024, which is taken on record. Registry to scan the same and tag at the appropriate place.

In view of the order passed, learned counsel for the petitioner does not wish to press the present contempt petition. 4.
