(Oral) Petitioner is seeking directions to the respondents to release the benefit of monthly financial assistance admissible under the Haryana Compassionate Assistance to the Dependents of Deceased Government Employees Rules, 2006 along with arrears and interest. In this regard, he has made detailed representations (Annexure P-6 (Colly) to the respondent(s) but no decision has been taken thereon. Learned counsel for the petitioner states, that at this stage, the petitioner will be satisfied, if directions are issued to respondent No.3 to decide the representations (Annexure P-6 (Colly), referred to above. In view of above, without commenting on the merits of the case, this petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.
