(ORAL) Through this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to petitioner - Sushil Kumar - in case FIR No.211 dated 22.07.2021 registered under Sections 406 and 420 IPC at Police Station Sector-17, HUDA, Jagadhri, District Yamuna Nagar.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that matter has been compromised between the parties.

On instructions from the Investigating Officer, learned State counsel submits that petitioner has joined the investigation and is no more required for interrogation and in view of compromise between the parties, recommendation has been made for cancellation of the aforesaid FIR.
