Ms. Dimple Jain, AAG, Haryana, on instructions from Sub Inspector Sri Niwas, has brought to the notice of this Court that the cancellation report has since been prepared in FIR No.0355 dated 13.08.2020 under Sections 363 and 366-A of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 registered at Police Station Kharkhoda, District Sonipat (Annexure P-1), qua which the present quashing petition has been filed. In view of the statement made by learned counsel for the State, learned counsel for the petitioner does not want to press the present petition.

Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous.
