1. To be referred to the Reporter or not ?

2. Whether the judgement should be reported in Digest ? RAMESHWAR SINGH MALIK, J Learned counsel for the petitioner, at the very outset, fairly states that since the relevant prayer clause has not been incorporated because of bonafide mistake, he will not be in a position to substantiate his arguments at this stage. He seeks permission of the court to withdraw the present writ petition, with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh writ petition on the same cause of action, but with better particulars. Permission is granted.

Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. 7.1.2015 (RAMESHWAR SINGH MALIK) GS JUDGE GREESH SAHNI 2015.01.08 12:37 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document Chandigarh
