Mr. Saurabh Mago, DAG Haryana accepts notice on behalf of respondents No.1 to 5. Learned counsel for respondents No.1 to 5 states that, as stated in the writ petition also, since the representation(s) is/are pending before respondent No.6-Gram Panchayat, it may be directed to consider the same in a time bound manner.

In view of the above and without commenting on the merits of the case, the present writ petition is disposed off with a direction to respondent No.6-Gram Panchayat to decide the representation(s) moved by the petitioners AMAN JAIN 2026.05.07 09:08 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this order/judgment

CWP-13928-2026 (O&M) -2for regularization of the unauthorized houses built by them, within a period of one month from today, after affording an opportunity of hearing to all the parties concerned, in accordance with law. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
