RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Counsel for the petitioner submits that the present petition has filed impugning the order dated 15.09.2017 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Gurgaon, wherein charges have been framed against the petitioner under Sections 495, 417, 376(2)(n), 313 IPC. Learned counsel for the complainant submits that trial is at the advanced stage as prosecution evidence is over and the case is fixed for defence evidence.
Learned counsel for the State also affirms the submissions made by learned counsel for the complainant.
After hearing the parties, the Court is of the opinion that no interference is called for at this stage.
However, petition is disposed of by relegating the petitioner to the trial Court and raise all his grievances before it. September 14, 2022 ( RAJESH BHARDWAJ ) meenuss JUDGE 1.
