**** HARKESH MANUJA, J. (ORAL) By way of present petition filed under Section 482 CrPC, prayer has been made for quashing of FIR No.0771 dated 02.12.2021 registered under Sections 147, 149, 323, 427, 452 and 506 IPC at P.S. Kharkhoda, District Sonipat on the basis of compromise dated 24.01.2022.

Learned counsel for the petitioners wishes to withdraw the present petition with liberty to approach this Court again in case any fresh settlement is arrived at between the parties.
