JUSTICE SANDEEP MOUDGIL Present: Mr. Pankaj Kaushik, Advocate, for the petitioner --- SANDEEP MOUDGIL, J (ORAL) This is a petition under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a direction to the concerned authorities to protect the life and liberty of the petitioner and to conduct investigation in a fair and impartial manner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he will be satisfied in case a direction be issued to respondent No.3- Superintendent of Police, Karnal, to look into the representation dated 1.5.2024 (Annexure P-4), within a time bound manner.

In view of the above, the petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2 to look into the representation dated 1.5.2024 (Annexure P-4) and decide the same by passing a speaking order in accordance with law within a period of two weeks, copy of which shall also be furnished to the petitioner in another 3 days thereafter. 4.
