(Oral) This is a second petition for anticipatory bail under Section 482 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), 2023 in case bearing FIR No.15 dated 20.01.2025 under Sections 305 of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS), 2023 (amended Section 305-B, BNS later on) registered at Police Station Model Town, Panipat, District Panipat.

I have heard learned counsel for the parties and have gone through the paper book.

Since this is the second petition which is based on the same grounds as the first one and there are no new facts or changes in circumstances. 4.
