NIDHI GUPTA, J. (ORAL) Perusal of the order sheets shows that the petitioner had gone un-represented for the last 03 dates i.e. 17.10.2018, 29.01.2020 and 29.04.2023.
Even today for the 4th time the petitioner has gone un-represented, despite the case having been called twice. The matter pertains to the year 2018 and notice is yet to be issued in the matter. Therefore, it can safely be presumed that the petitioner or her counsel is not interested in pursuing the instant revision petition. In view of the above, the instant revision petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
