RAJIVE BHALLA, J (Oral) The petitioner prays for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the Deputy Commissioner, Kaithal, to demarcate the path/gali bearing khasra no.1003, khewat no.1442, khatauni no.2004, measuring 13 marlas, situated at Gram Panchayat, Kaul and in case any person is found in unauthorised possession of any part of the path/gali, to ensure that proceedings are initiated to evict such a person.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that despite repeated representations, to various authorities including the Deputy Commissioner and the Chief Minister, no action has been taken. We have heard counsel for the petitioner and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the controversy, dispose of the writ petition by directing the Deputy Commissioner, Kaithal, to take cognizance of the representation, dated 29.11.2014 (Annexure NARESH KUMAR 2015.05.29 11:28 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document Chandigarh
