Government of UP, 2014 (1) SCC (Crl.) 524', and 15.12.2016 issued in National Campaign on Dalit Human Rights and others v. Union of India and others and letter no.15011/105/2022-SC/ST-W dated 17.6.2022, issued by the Government of India, Ministry of Home Affairs.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition with liberty to approach the appropriate Court.
