He further contends that the petitioner has sent a representation dated 29.03.2022 (Annexure P-6) in this regard to the respondents, but no action has been taken thereon. He also contends that respondent No.3 be directed to consider and decide the legal notice in a time bound manner. Issue notice to the respondents.

At the asking of the Court, Mr. Anant Kataria, DAG, Haryana, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.

Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.3 to consider and decide the representation dated 29.03.2022 (Annexure P-6) in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
