(ORAL) This writ petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India has been filed for issuance of a writ in the nature of cartiorari for quashing the notice dated 17.04.2015 (Annexure P-4) issued under Section 13(4) of the Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement Security Interest Act, 2002 read with Security Interest (Enforcement) Rules, 2002.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that he has instructions to withdraw this writ petition as the respondent - bank has initiated the proceedings under the Punjab Co-operative Societies Act. Learned counsel for the respondents have no objection to the withdrawal of petition. 3.
