***** JASPAL SINGH, J The petitioner has filed the instant petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking direction to respondents to release medical reimbursement of Rs.2,48,711/- along with interest @ 18% per annum on account of delayed payment(s) thereof.

A perusal of written statement particularly para No.3 reveals that amount to the tune of Rs.1,89,391/- and Rs.13,775/- has already been transferred on 14.07.2016 and 23.11.2016 respectively in the bank account of petitioner out of the total amount of Rs.2,48,711/- but without interest. 3.
At this juncture, it has been pointed out by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner has been taken away by the nature during the pendency of instant petition. In view of the fact that out of the amount claimed by the Sonika 2018.02.27 17:16 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document Chandigarh
CWP No.10480 OF 2016 --2-- petitioner through instant petition has already been deposited in the bank account of petitioner during the pendency of instant petition, instant petition can be disposed of as having been rendered infructuous with liberty to the legal representatives of petitioner to approach this Court, if, they are still dissatisfied with the amount, which has already been released in favour of the predecessor- in-interest.

Accordingly, instant petition is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous with liberty to the legal representatives of petitioner to approach this Court, in case, they still feel dissatisfied with regard to the amount released as well as interest.
