DEEPAK GUPTA , J.(Oral) Status report by way of affidavit of Shri Harjinder Singh, Assistant Commissioner of Police, Model Town, Jalandhar on behalf of respondent-State has been filed.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Hardeep Kumar, submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation, in compliance of the order dated 02.06.2023.

In view of the aforesaid statement of learned State counsel, the order dated 02.06.2023, whereby the petitioner was allowed interim anticipatory bail in case FIR No.0061, dated 18.04.2023, under Sections 406, 420, 120-B of IPC, besides Section 13 of the Punjab Travel Professionals (Regulation) Act, 2014, registered at Police Station Division No.7, District Police Commissionerate Jalandhar, is hereby made absolute.However, he shall continue to join investigation, if and so required by the Investigating Officer.
