1. Whether Reporters of local papers may be allowed to see the judgment?

2. To be referred to the Reporters or not?

3. Whether the judgment should be reported in the Digest? AJAY TEWARI, J. (ORAL) By this petition the petitioner is seeking direction for staying the operation of the impugned resolution dated 09.04.2015 (Annexure P-5) and the letter dated 15.04.2015 (Annexure P-6). The grievance raised in the present petition is that the petitioner filed a revision under the amended Section 115 of the Haryana Co-operative Societies Act, 1984 before the respondent No.1. On 07.05.2015 the petitioner has moved an application for interim relief. The matter was listed for hearing on 12.05.2015 when the respondent No.1 did not hold Court and adjourned the matter to POOJA SHARMA 2015.06.16 15:16 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document Punjab and Haryana High Court, Chandigarh

21.07.2015. On 19.05.2015 the learned counsel for the petitioner made a request to the respondent No.1 to prepone the hearing since a prayer for interim relief had been made but this request was turned down. The prayer made is that till such time as the respondent No.1 hear the case the operation of the impugned resolution and letter be stayed. In my opinion the prayer made is unexceptionable.

In the circumstances, it is directed that the operation of the impugned resolution (Annexure P-5) and letter (Annexure P-6) shall remain stayed till such time as respondent No.1 hear the case. The petition stands disposed of.

Since the main case has been decided, the pending civil miscellaneous application, if any, also stands disposed of. ( AJAY TEWARI ) 28.05.2015 JUDGE Pooja Sharma-I POOJA SHARMA 2015.06.16 15:16 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document Punjab and Haryana High Court, Chandigarh
