(Oral) The prayer in the present petition under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. is for quashing of the criminal complaint No.COM1-388-2013 dated 03.03.2011 under Sections 307, 436, 427, 166, 148, 149 and 506 of IPC (Annexure P-1) and the summoning order dated 04.06.2015 (Annexure P-2) whereby the petitioner has been summoned to face trial under Sections 436, 427, 148, 149 and 506 of IPC. The petitioner was residing in the USA because of which he was declared a proclaimed person. He challenged the said order before this Court and vide order dated 21.04.2025 (Annexure P-6), this Court quashed the order and directed him to appear before the Trial Court within a period of 6 weeks from the date of the passing of the order declaring him a proclaimed person. CRM-M-27254-2025 -2appear before the Trial Court within a stipulated period, the interim protection granted to him would be deemed to have been vacated. The instant petition has now been filed seeking quashing of the complaint and the summoning order.

Apparently, the petitioner has not complied with the order dated 21.04.2025 (Annexure P-6), whereby the order declaring him a proclaimed person was quashed subject to his appearing before the Trial Court within a period of six weeks. He has not appeared before the Trial Court within a stipulated period and thereby the order declaring him a proclaimed person stands revived in terms of the aforementioned order. 3.

In view of the above, I find no merit in the present petition and the same stands dismissed.

The intimation of the revival of the order declaring the petitioner a proclaimed person be given to the authorities concerned, including the SSP Barnala.

All the pending miscellaneous applications, if any, stand disposed of.
