(Oral) The precise grievance of the petitioner is that he participated in the selection process for the post of Estate Officer in HUDA and was shown successful vide result dated 18.06.2013 but later on, he was declared unsuccessful vide corrigendum dated 20.06.2013 and Roll No. 227 was shown successful instead of the petitioner with Roll No. 0686. He made representation to the authorities and finally the matter was transferred to the State Vigilance Bureau and the petitioner was sent a letter to attend their office on 14.07.2015 along with all original documents. Thereafter, petitioner was called 2-3 times but till date no decision has been taken by the Vigilance Bureau.
