Learned counsel states that in this connection the petitioner has got issued Legal Notice dated 05.03.2015 (Annexure P-5) and that she would be satisfied at this stage if in the first instance a direction is issued to the respondent No.2 to decide the same by passing a speaking order thereon within any reasonable time.
I find this to be a fair request.
