CWP No.11468 of 2015 [2] At the outset, it is pointed-out by the Registrar Recruitment that the representation dated 06.05.2015 made by the petitioner has been considered and rejected by the Recruitment Committee vide order dated 18.05.2015. It is stated that a copy of that order has already been sent to the petitioner on 27.05.2015.

On our asking, a photocopy of that order has been handed-over to learned counsel for the petitioner. In this view of the matter, this writ petition is rendered infructuous and is dismissed as such with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the aforesaid order, if so advised, before an appropriate Forum.
