(Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioners has sought quashing of impugned order (Annexure P-3) and one of the ground for setting aside is that the order dated 06.11.2012 was never sought to be challenged before the Tribunal. In this regard, he has made reference to Annexure P-1. At this stage, the present writ petition is disposed of by giving liberty to the petitioners to seek review of the impugned order (Annexure P-3) passed by the Tribunal on the short point itself. The operation of the impugned order (Annexure P-3) shall remain stayed for a period of one month.
