(ORAL) CRM-36732-2018 in CRR-4027-2017 and CRR-4142-2017 By way of application bearing CRM No.36732 of 2018, the applicant/complainant seeks recalling of the order dated 7th of September, 2018 passed in CRR No.4027 of 2017 on the ground that the matter was heard and decided in the absence of his counsel. 2.

Today counsels representing both the parties are ad idem that the parties have compromised the matter in the light of order passed by this Deepak Kumar 2023.12.21 17:58 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

connected matter Court dated 7th of September, 2018 in CRR No.4027 of 2017. 3.

In view of the statements made by the counsels, petition bearing CRR No.4142 of 2017 stands disposed off in terms of order dated 7th of September, 2018.

The judgment impugned commonly in both the petitions stands modified to that extent.

In view thereof, CRM No.36732 of 2018 seeking recalling of order dated 7th of September, 2018 passed in CRR No.4027 of 2017 has been rendered infructuous and dismissed as such. 6.
