The present petition has been filed for quashing of FIR No.195, dated 02.10.2019, registered under Sections 420/506/120B IPC at Police Station City, Malout, District Sri Muktsar Sahib, and all other consequential proceedings arising therefrom.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioners prays for withdrawal of the present petition with liberty to take up all pleas at the appropriate stage in accordance with law, including filing of an application for discharge.
