(Oral) The precise grievance of the petitioner is that none of the charges have been proved against the petitioner and second enquiry so initiated against the petitioner has also been dropped vide order dated 31.03.2016 and thus the charge sheet dated 28.09.2010 which was issued on the similar allegations is liable to be quashed. Further petitioner is now entitled to all consequential benefits. A detailed representation dated 18.04.2016 (P-3) has been given in this regard to respondent No. 2 but till date no action has been taken.

Without commenting on the merits of the case, this petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No. 2 to decide the GAURAV ARORA 2016.05.27 16:51 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
