RAJAN GUPTA J. (ORAL) Case has been taken up on Video Conferencing in view of COVID-19 Pandemic.

Admittedly, OA filed by petitioner is pending before the Central Administrative Tribunal. His grievance raised is that his prayer for stay of proceedings before the disciplinary authority has not been accepted despite the fact that in case of some other employees, stay has been granted. In view of above, we deem it fit to relegate the petitioner to the Tribunal with liberty to raise this plea before the said Forum. We hope and trust that same shall be decided expeditiously. Needless to say that Tribunal shall be at liberty to pass order as per law.
