This petition has been filed for setting aside the impugned order dated 16.09.2017 passed by the Ld. Additional Sessions Judge, Sirsa.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present petition has been rendered infructuous on account of the fact that all the accused stand acquitted by the trial Court vide judgment dated 16.01.2020 passed by the Addl. Sessions Judge, Sirsa.
