Advance copy of the petition has been served upon the respondents. 3.

Mr. Kanav Singla, Assistant Advocate General, Punjab, has invited the attention of this Court to order dated 02.09.2024, Annexure P-3, passed by the Commission of Police, Jalandhar, to state that the direction has been duly complied with.

This Court has gone through the order dated 02.09.2024 and is satisfied that there is no violation of order, Annexure P-2. 5.
