Through this petition, the petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in case bearing FIR No.200 dated 15.04.2023, registered at Police Station Sadar Nuh, District Nuh, under Sections 3 and 13(1) and 13(2) of the Haryana Gauvansh Sanrakshan and Gausamvardhan Act, 2015.

Vide order dated 03.08.2023, ad interim anticipatory bail was granted to the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to the aforesaid order dated 03.08.2023, the petitioner has joined the investigation. 4.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Inderjit, submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation and is not required for any further investigation.

In view of the above, without commenting on the merits of the case, the present petition is allowed and the order dated 03.08.2023 granting ad interim anticipatory bail to the petitioner is made absolute, subject to the conditions envisaged in Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
