**** ANITA CHAUDHRY, J (ORAL) Counsel for the petitioner submits that a sum of Rs. 20,000/- which is referred to in the last order was handed over to the respondent in the mediation proceedings. Counsel further submits that the demand draft of Rs. 20,000/- lying with the Registry has to be returned to him. There is no objection by counsel appearing for the respondent. Registry to return the draft of Rs. 20,000/- deposited by the petitioner.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petition has become infructuous as compromise has been effected.

Dismissed as infructuous.
