**** JAGMOHAN BANSAL , J. (Oral) The petitioner through instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is seeking direction to official respondents to look into her representation dated 29.03.2023 and take appropriate action against respondent No.4.

Learned counsel for the petitioner inter alia contends that husband of the petitioner is missing and the petitioner has filed representation dated 29.03.2023 seeking action against family members of her husband who have kidnapped or might have murdered her husband. Learned State counsel, who on advance notice is present in Court, submits that the jurisdictional police authorities are duty bound to protect life and liberty of the citizen. She further submits that jurisdictional police authorities would look into representation of the petitioner and do the needful.
