This petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India inter alia seeking a writ in the nature of certiorari for setting aside the impugned inquiry report dated 04.04.2016 (Annexure P-8), wrongly conducted by the Inquiry Committee and subsequent order dated 26.04.2016 (Annexure P-10).

Despite second call, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner in Court today. It appears that the petitioner is no more interested in pursuing the present petition.

In view of the above, the instant petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
