CWP No.12208 of 2014 Counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the Board of School Education Haryana, Bhiwani has granted affiliation to the petitioners-colleges, as a result thereof, the present writ petition has become infructuous. However, it is prayed that the interim order, by which the admissions were given in the petitioners-colleges may be made absolute. Counsel for the respondents has raised no objection in this regard.
