**** HARSIMRAN SINGH SETHI , J. (ORAL) In the present case, the petitioner had approached this Court for the release of full pension and other service benefits for which she was entitled for in respect of the service rendered by her husband, namely, late Sh. Daljeet Singh Sodhi.

Notice of motion was issued on 28.05.2015.

In reply, the respondents stated that there was a recovery of `18,15,862/- which was to be made from the husband of the petitioner. Even after adjusting, all the retiral benefits, for which the petitioner will be entitled for after the death of her husband, still an amount of `9,41,815- stood payable by the petitioner towards the Board. CWP-11524-2015 -2widow (petitioner), the respondents have waived off the said recovery of `9,41,815/-.

Counsel for the petitioner states that an undertaking may be given by the respondents that no amount will be recovered from the widow (petitioner) henceforth.

Counsel for the respondents, on instructions from Mr.Amandeep Singh Dhindsa, Senior Executive Engineer, (Distribution), Division, Punjab State Power Corporation Limited, Sirhind, District Fatehgarh Sahib, states that no further recovery will be done from the petitioner in any manner and the matter stands resolved. In view of the above, counsel for the petitioner does not press the present writ petition any further and the same is hereby disposed of as not pressed.
