In compliance to the order, made by this Court on 1.12.2021, detenue Neha @ Raman, is produced before this Court by ASI Chaman Lal, and, Lady Constable Gurpreet Kaur. She has made a statement, on oath, before this Court that, she is a major. The afore factum is supported by a photocopy of her matriculation certificate. She has further made her testification before this Court, that she is happily married with one Sanjay, and, that she wants to continue to reside with him, and, that she does not intend to return to her parental home.

In view of the detenue being produced before this Court, and, her above statement (supra), being recorded before this Court, this petition does not survive, and, is closed as such.
